| I don't understand why so much people in their musical career choose money instead of musical acomplishment. And why they don't realize this choice don't make them more happy. Popular culture is killing art today.

| Fame gets to their head. If I become well-known, I want to be known because of what I do, not through some stupid celebrity culture. Anonymity, and recognition through works.

| I didn't see this kind of thread before, so I created this thread to discuss things related to music.
What kind of music do you guys like? I mostly like electronic music, though only rap and metal I don't particularily like.

| Quote (Billy_Mayes) I didn't see this kind of thread before, Maybe you didn't look hard enough. Did you use the search function? Or look through the offtopic subforum? It was right at the top of the second page.

| Since i started playing guitar, i discovered more about classical and flamenco pieces... Most importantly Narciso Yepes, and the trio Al Di Meola, John McLaughlin, Paco de Lucia.
And other better known things, such as Pink Floyd and Bob Marley, and other less well known like Supertramp..etc

| In memory of Richard Wright on the 5th anniversary of his death. David Gilmour played this song in memory of him shortly after he died, the only time it had ever been played live. RIP Rick ♥
