So i have been using the hammer editor for probably 2 years now. And at this point i can basically create anything. I compile the maps, run them in half life 2, then use the oculus. And the results are pretty amazing!

And this one just blew me away!

Received my new lens, a Rokinon 16mm f/2.0, and took it for a test spin:

Verdict: This lens is phenomenal, especially for its price range. Robust construction, smooth manual focus, and crisp resolution over the entire frame. Suffers from vignetting when wide open, obviously, but this is easily remedied with lens profile or flat frames. It also almost completely vanishes when stopping down to f/2.8. The wide angle and light gathering power is great for landscape and night photography -- easily a 3 full stop improvement from my zoom lens. Can't wait to try it out in the countryside when dark moonless nights return. smile

I just got this amazing new program called paulstrech. You can slow down music and audio with it, and the results sound amazing! You can slow down up to something like 10000x times.

For example, I slowed down Edvard Griegs Morning Mood four times, and it sounds really cool.

It's free, get the program here.

Make sure not to select any "enhancements" after submitting. I don't think you did, though. It didn't look that bad.

I think it's the codec people at Google who are to blame for bad video quality at YouTube.

Last night we had some extremely dense fog come through, and so I went on a little expedition to the mountain tops to see if the view from up there would be epic. And it was:

really dumb question, but am i allowed to show off my own silly drawings in this thread? i ask since i done this at another forum and theirs was more related to creations to something more for game creating or site creating... the bigger stuff!

in order to succeed at something, one must fail.
