Should he really exist, it will probably be much smaller and darker.

For me it was in this case mainly about creating a Barycenter system for the solar system.

You would think if it existed, it would have been spotted.

It would have been, the WISE mission has ruled out its existence.

Bambusman,

thank you. But it's just a script with two black holes close enough together. (100 Km distance). SpaceEngine does the rest.

Do you have the files in the correct folders? You need to unzip the .zip file only in '(Your_SpaceEngine_folder)\catalogs', then they are right.

And have you the files correctly added to the 'Universe.cfg'?

Under 'StarCatalogs // stars catalogs'
Code
    "catalogs/stars/BinaryBlackholeBC.sc"

under 'PlanetCatalogs // planets catalogs'
Code
    "catalogs/planets/BinaryBlackhole.sc"

and under 'ClusterCatalogs // star cluster catalogs'
Code
    "catalogs/clusters/JDV-Cluster.sc"

but that is only for the background.

JackDole, Good, but glitchy.

P.S. I changed up the code with the F2 editor and exported it. It was to minimalize the Einstein ring jumping around cool

Gateway Station experiments (WIP)

Quote spacer ()
i checked space egine with it. the fps never goes below 60.
so if someone want me to do Experiments Or checking of some projects like yours JackDole,

So here is the version where the gates are close to the station center. All gates are in the script, but up to five, they are all out commented.

Who wants to test his computer ... dry

I think I'll move the gates farther apart, that would have to improve the perfomance.

spacer,

they are close to our sun. Therefore, they have not been discovered yet! biggrin cool

You have the script 'Gateway_v0.1.sc' to integrate in your 'Universe.cfg' under the section 'PlanetCatalogs // planets catalogs', but I'm assuming that you've done.

Then search for 'GateWay Station' or 'Vulkanoid 101'. This is the central station. The names of the activated wormholes are 'Gate #02', 'Gate #03', 'Gate #04', 'Gate #11' and 'Gate #12'.

If you go directly to a wormhole, you land in the center, there you do not see a lot, you have to go back a little.
And the script only works with 'SE 0.974.8' and 'SE 0974 rc1'.

In my new version is the station on an artificial orbit around the sun, in sync with the Earth; so that it is exactly between us and the sun. Or just on the other side of the sun. I'll have to think about that. dry
