| Has anyone figured out how to add palettes in 0.9.7.2 yet? I've been trying, but unsuccessfully so far.

| You have to make sure that the date of the palette file is newer than the date of the .pak file. If you do that then it should work, palette format has not changed in this version.

| That doesn't seem to work either. Just to clarify: does the file still use the same name and go into textures/common?

| Oh right, forgot, the file name changed. Look in the .pak file in the textures/common folder to see it (open it as you would a zip file).

| Thanks! I merged the 0.972 palette file with my own palette file, which contains the 0.971 palettes and most of the addon ones from this thread. Many of the default palettes changed in the new version, but I kept the old standard palettes around at narrow ranges, giving the new ones much bigger ranges. It's in the attachment, for those who want it.

| Some of the new default palettes are actually ones from this thread (a couple from Toty, a couple from apenpaap I think, and a few modified versions of Doc's), so some are there by default. Not sure if I'm forgetting anyone. The rest were all made by myself and SpaceEngineer.

| Yeah, I noticed a couple of those. I used only a single one whenever that was the case, but I've probably overlooked one or two, so there might be some duplicates.

| No! You don't need to modify the pak files! Just put the palette in /textures/common! All you need to do is make sure the file has a newer date than the pak file does.
