Moderator Notice: This post was off-topic and has been moved from this thread. -- BlackArk, you have this tendency to post off-topic messages into other peoples threads. Can you please give some thought to where you post your messages from now on. First, try to find an existing post topic where your message would be relevent to the discussion. Then if you can't find one, create your own post topic instead, but just make sure you post it under the correct category. The forum has recently been re-organised and is so much easier to use now, so check the home page here first before posting anything new. okay?

| I agree with moderator, please don't post off-topic messages.
About water: it's not fully 3D, still a "flat" spherical layer like clouds, with no effects except sunspot and transparency. Work in progress

So will you have 3D wave shader effects on your 'watery' flat surface in SE one day. And will you consider implementing true 3d water later, like in this real-time water rendering tech demo video here

| Water is currently a flat transparent layer. In a future version I'll go to deferred shading pipeline and write water shader with waves, reflection, refraction, and with blue fog under water surface.

| Nice! Could you link us to something at Youtube with a video that shows what you plan on implementing? - Just as you've explained above. I would love to see an animation of this, if it exists on Youtube that is.
