neutronium76, there is no clipping on Discovery One only if you are far enough from the surfaces. If you want to get closer to the control panels, to "sit in the seat", you will see this:
Our poor astronaut is being killed by the clipping plane
If you want to see things through the astronaut's point of view, you're out of luck using "real" sizes
Have fun trying to pilot the pod!
The point is that the clipping issue does exist and if you want to do any of those things you need to use the larger sizes that Doc set as default. If you just want to look at the models from the outside from a distance then changing the sizes to their real values is fine.
Also, you seem to be using a very small FOV, which makes the effects of clipping less noticeable.

HarbingerDawn, Sorry the repeated post was an accident I realized it too late to undo it, but I would appreciate help in being able to use the origional NX01 model as I think due to lighting it looked much better so could you please help with that?\
Going to be posting some more ships soon, just have a bunch of stuff going on and not a lot of time to be packaging up stuff for SE. Should have a few more ported/posted by Wednesday or Thursday hopefully.
