| I wanted to see if sketchup is really that great (because I don't like it that much) and was surprised to find what you can do given patience. I cheated a little by importing a make human model and doing side by side comparisons.

| Quote Disasterpiece ( ) You got Sketchup Pro? Is it even worth it? Quote RockoRocks ( ) Maybe it's the demo version? I have a student license, mainly to do stuff with dynamic components and for exporting models to other formats. It's $50 per year if I remember correctly. Free/cheaper software is a nice perk for college students (when companies offer it).
EDIT: It's basically so you learn to use it and like it; once you're out of college they've got a new customer.Added (11.07.2014, 02:49) --------------------------------------------- Stanford Torus housing system: Work in progress

| Sunset in Oslo right now: 4K resolution. YouTube: http://youtu.be/ek8caV1y3AE
A thunderstorm is about to leave us. I don't like them. Too often have they ruined my electronic stuff, but we seem to be safe now, several seconds between flash and thunder and incre^Connection lost.
