| I just saw a large thread on Spaceengine on Facepunch... I laughed at some of the posts. I'm not sure if I should join in the conversation feeling super-smrt or watch the nooby posts roll in...

| Just going totally random now...
Does anyone themselves believe in the ancient ''Quasi-stars''? As believed to be the truly first generation of stars.
Their diameters and luminosities would be ludicrous, probably like 3 to 5 times the diameter of VY CM and could shine as bright as a dwarf galaxy / small spiral / eliptical...
I think they might be refered as population IV stars since these momma's could reach 10.000 solar masses due to a black hole at it's center. Usually the star would, well kinda go poof like a balloon that got hit by a pencil (not literally) XD
Anyway just the idea I'm just going totally random and I'm veeery tired ~.~
Does anyone else believe such stars actually existed?
Nevermind...
We all can't wait for S.E. 0.97

| I remember reading about those; isn't the idea that the black hole in their core was the origin of the supermassive black holes once they'd completely consumed the star?

Yep... we're screwed. Those videos- well, they are nothing new. We've been absolutely doomed for a long time.
My advice to non-us residents: STAY AWAY! Save yourselves... The American Dream is just that: a dream. ...and no- it's easy to blame all of America, but never forget the many people who actually have something called "intelligence" and a clear, unbiased mind... we're all trapped!
Why haven't scientists created a remote island nation somewhere (or giant underground reserve civilization to last for a few thousand years, or until the earth is habitable after modern civilization decimates itself?
The saddest part is that: there's no gigantic world conspiracy. People really are this incompetent- it's the monetary system itself that's causing all the problems, and barely anyone seems to care (if they know) or notice. It's not profitable to solve problems like hunger, sickness, poverty, pollution, the lack of SpaceEngine 0.9.7, etc.
EDIT:aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh

| I don't think you need to make a whole new topic for that. SpeceEngineer said something about next month, aka February. Just ask it in the existing topics next time, that would be best...

Weird, this is General discussion and the purpose of the thread was to say that I was back and didn't go anywhere along with a question. General discussion is General. But thanks for telling me February! Can't wait.
