| Yeah, wow. That just rose near the top of my favorite Saturn images.  Shame we don't have the details; that's such a nice shot I can't believe it is not more widespread.

| And for fun: Starun's moons montage, all moons to scale and with the sane phase of 45°, and (I geuss) with the same exposure, showing their relative albedo. So this image may be used to adjust brightness of moons in SE. Image is quite big in full res!
Who can tell which every moon are?

| My guess: Clockwise from top-left - Dione, Mimas, Titan, Iapetus, Hyperion, Enceladus, Tethys, and in the center is Rhea.

| Mimas, Titan, and Enceladus seem really obvious.
The rest I would have difficulty getting right, good thing this isn't a test.

| The really big one is obviously Titan. The one in the middle is second-largest, so it's Rhea. The one in the lower right seems to be Iapetus' dark side. The bright little one is Enceladus and the little one with the big crater Mimas. That leaves Dione and Tethys, and since I think Dione is the bigger one of the two, she'll be the one at the upper-right and Tethys the one below.
The irregular moon is probably Phoebe, considering it and Hyperion are the only irregular moons of Saturn that occassionally seem to get counted as major moons; but Hyperion has a bizarre sponge-like look that makes it stand very much apart.

| You're right, it is Hyperion! I really should've looked at it better, considering it's probably the most recognisable minor moon in the Solar System.

There are some.
Celestia also had a good model for Hyperion (and several other irregular moons) which you could use for reference as well.
EDIT: John van Vliet (naturally) also made a great 2k Hyperion map (downresed version below)
