| Inarius, yes, for me this is good, but my wife still have her salary in roubles, and at the same amount as a half year ago. So my "family budget" is almost didn't changed. It is hard to calculate it precisely: dollar/rouble exchange rate is increased almost twice, but price for different goods is changed at different rate (food increased by some 50%, but imports such as computer parts are increased twice, according to the dollar rate). The only good thing for me is what price on a gasoline is almost didn''t changed:) (And this is a root of Russia's economic problems - it's budget is almost completely based on oil).

| SpaceEngineer, sorry to hear that, but here in Venezuela we have been experiencing that for the last 10 years... On 2014, food increased a 100% and imports more than 250%. In adition, we are not able to buy any international currency, so it is literally impossible for me to make any donation =/

| SpaceEngineer, I'm am curious, I know you were trying to crowd fund this game. Can you please remind me why you can't put this through kickstarter? I means this is the best space game simulator ever right now, even in alpha state. Compared to Star citizen and Elite Dangerous, this game blows them out of the water. There are too many limitations in those games, but here you can fly to any star and planet! Just imagine flying through space and your friends being in one the stars systems on a planet building or a community. I mean I am confused why this game isn't popular in a very big way? I am very anxious for the game to be completed. Is it because you work alone and don't want the unwavering pressures of getting the game done? Please let me know. Thanks

| Quote voltixdark ( ) kickstarter 1) Kickstarter is not open to Russians 2) He's not ready to begin that level of crowdfunding yet. He'll launch a campaign when he's ready.

| Quote ZackG ( ) why is russia exempt from Kickstarter? Because it's only available in a few countries, with Russia not being one of them.

| I understand. Sighs, I means I really want this game to come out fast. Too impatiant for the completed version of the game. Seriously though this game should be bigger than what it is right now. Have you had any interests from goverment organizations or anyone else?

| Quote voltixdark ( ) Is it because you work alone and don't want the unwavering pressures of getting the game done? This is an cause also. Even here, on the forums, there are a lot of impatient people who a claim the new version. The next day after the release! With crowdfunding, I will be under much higher pressure, because of money bakers had donated.
Quote voltixdark ( ) Have you had any interests from goverment organizations or anyone else? Why did government should be interest in this?

Only thing that comes to mind is showing artistic renderings of exoplanets but there are better programs out there for that. Celestia has been used in a few history channel and Science channel shows, in movies, and in a couple NASA presentations so perhaps there are those possibilities for SE.
In the future when spacecraft are rendered in interstellar space and realistic physics are implemented I could see NASA/ESA/businesses wanting to use SE to show crafts, travel time, and interstellar distances realistically.
Perhaps in the far future of SE development if/when stars orbiting around galaxies are added SE could be used for showing realistic proper interstellar trajectories. Considering the exotic forms of propulsion being investigated at this time there is an unfilled niche for such a program.

| Quote SpaceEngineer ( ) Why did government should be interest in this? I was thinking Edu. Departments or schools, This could be a brilliant way to show off the scale or even how space works realistically.
