| Hello, this is my first contribution to this game, if anyone here speaks the same language as me, can you please test and see if anything has any mistake? please report! xD

version 0.31 released, it is for the next version of SE which is not yet released, so i humbly ask anyone with access to the new version to test even if you dont undesrstand portuguese, just to see if it fits well, etc.

| I can't test it too well since I don't speak Portuguese, but I did look through the files and it looks pretty good. One thing I would suggest is going through the GUI translations and fixing the capitalization on some of the entries to keep them consistent with the original.

| I have found a few words that could use a better translation; I have provided alternatives below:
Code Barycenter - Baricentro
Moon - Lua
Dwarf moon - Lua anão
cluster - aglomerado
dwarf planet - planeta anão
moon - lua
dwarf moon - lua anão
barycenter - baricentro
Moons - Luas
Dwarf planets - Planetas anões
Dwarf moons - Luas anões
AU - UA (not UA.)
(all variations of "parsec" should be written as pc, it is a scientific unit and so should not be translated)
kg - kg
High dynamic range - High dynamic range
(all cases of "LOD" should stay as LOD)
(Wherever "Magnitude" is abbreviated in the original it should remain abbreviated, e.g. "mag")
Also, you new version still has many capitalization errors.

| Here the localization file of new 0.96 version, I think it will not be changed a lot untill release. It will work with older versions - they simply ignore new text strings.

sim eu sei, mas eu estou a pensar adicionar os acentos no final, porque tenho q adicionar os caracteres manualmente à Sprite dos caracteres. Se eu agora meter Acentos nas palavras vão aparecer caracteres estranhos, por isso primeiro quero isto estável, depois logo adiciono os caracteres especiais para a nossa língua. e obrigado pelas sugestões!
já agora, estou a traduzir a nova versão, para o próximo release, quem quiser contribuir podem falar por PM, sao umas 500 e tal strings, nao e nada de mais, faz-se em poucas horas. Se acaso quiserem ajudar a adicionar caracteres especiais ao ficheiro .png e os respectivos valores ao pt-font.cfg agradecia.
Agora vou sair, volto por volta das 22:00 Portugal-Time

yes I know, but I'm thinking about adding accents in the end, because I gotta manually add the characters to the Sprite character. If I now put accents on words strange characters will appear, so I want it stable first, then just add the special characters into our language. and thanks for the suggestions!
even now, I'm translating the new version to the next release, whoever wants to contribute can speak for PM, there are about 500 or so strings, and not anything else, is done in a few hours. If you happen to want to help add special characters to the .png file and their respective values to en-font.cfg I would be grateful.

Normally the forum should be kept English-only, but since this thread is about making a Portuguese translation then I think it's okay to write in Portuguese. It will make the work easier and might make it more inviting for other Portuguese-speakers to lend a hand. In any posts with Portuguese conversation I will add a Moderator Translation (like above) to help anyone who doesn't understand to follow along.

Selene is the Greek Moon goddess, so selena it should be kept as it is and not translated (unless Portuguese astronomers have some other particular word for describing rocky, airless worlds like Mercury and the Moon, which I doubt). It's a word that's foreign in English too, I've never seen it used as such outside of SpaceEngine, and it seems completely normal to me now, so it should be okay in Portuguese too.

| There is in fact a derived word in Portuguese "selenita", but as far as I know, it is only used to refer to the inhabitants of the moon.
I wouldn't be shocked to see the word "Selena" in a Portuguese translation, because "rochoso sem atmosfera" just seems too big

| I already translated 300+ strings today i have had a busy day and not dedicated a big time to this, but probably in some hours i will release the new version, i remade everything, even the older strings, this time with more atention with capitalization.
And the accents are still not there, because i didnt add yet the unicode values "á , é, à, ç , ã" etc... But i will add it after everything is stable, if anyone wants to volunteer feel free.
