Eeeehhh, I'm only drawing my first one, honestly--I have been able to on paper but somehow digitally it's a thousand times harder to make it look right...
I'm probably about 200 times better at drawing nebuulae but I'm not sure that SpaceEngine uses specific textures for nebulae...does it?

It does, if you tell it too though. If you don't tell it to use a specific texture, then it will just choose a random texture.

| Well they look like lenticular galaxies IMO.
Edit: NGC 3115 looks more elliptical-ish, going off the list

| I made an addon that adds 2 galaxy clusters for the custom universe! :D
The 1st galaxy cluster is called "Belian Cluster" and the 2nd galaxy cluster is called "Jalian Cluster"
