Hey guys, fell in love with this project as soon as I heard it. I love space and everything in combination with it, already did as a kid. Decided to donate some money to help out, keep developing the software, its awesome!

Also, if you want to really actively work on it, you should consider starting a Kickstarter for this. People are way more likely to donate to something like this over there and the word would probably be spread more easily. Just a suggestion, keep it in mind SpaceEngineer!

What is the best site to upload files so the people can download form it?

If you havent found something yet or still want to share your file, the best way to upload it is probably through mega (https://mega.co.nz/), just drag and drop the file and you will get a link to share, as easy as that. Was created by the guy who used to own megaupload, you probably know him.

I finally caved after lurking for the better part of a year and signed up for real. Now I can finally comment on threads when I have opinions to share, yay~!
A few of you may possibly know me from the Kerbal Space Program forum.
Space Engine is awesome, though admittedly that probably means less coming from the 2938739570th user to come here and say it xD Either way, I look forward to getting along with everyone and if I'm lucky (and get better at C++) being of some use helping develop it.

Okay, I registered soon after finally getting SE for the first time last week, and started posting but I never properly introduced myself.

Anyways, hello to the Space Engine community. I am PlutonianEmpire, and have been a long time user of Celestia, and a lifetime space hobbyist. biggrin Since development for Celestia has been dead for five years, and its bbs forum with it, and I finally have a laptop with halfway decent specs for running SE, I figured I'd give SE a shot. I will be up front and say that my primary passion in space simulation and exploration is imaginatively and creatively, so its admittedly not always the most realistic, but I will do my best to keep it reasonable. smile

I hope to enjoy my time here, and it is nice meeting you all! biggrin

Specs: Dell Inspiron 5547 (Laptop); 8 gigabytes of RAM; Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz; Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit; Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 4400 (That's all there is :( )

Found out about SE not too long ago, and I decided to play it. It is rather addicting, I spent about 4 hours playing it in one sitting!

Thank you. smile I haven't watched much of it, but it's certainly a very good anime.

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I've been following the project since 9.7 and as a lifelong Astronomy and Physics enthusiast this is something beyond my wildest dreams. It's the Spaceship of the Imagination brought to life. Thank you.

Someone mentioned Space Engine in a comment on a Rock Paper Shotgun article and I've been playing quite a bit for the last two days.

Figured I'd sign up to say how impressed I am with the game and jump into the forums, though I'll probably mostly lurk. There are some really amazing features and really well thought out design decisions. The music is also outstanding. Kudos to all the artists that have contributed and everyone working on Space Engine!

Peace. I would like to give props to the developer(s) of the Space Engine software. It is TOTALLY AWESOME! I thoroughly enjoy exploring this universe and carving out screenshots and video renders of some of the marvelous places in it. It's a work of art. Thank you very much! This is the software that finally had me break down and install bootcamp on my macbook. I expect to donate toward the mac version track. Thank you again. Peace.

Hi, I'm Alek. Since I was five I have been obsessed with space, and this program has inspired an even greater interest than I had. I have already found how to export planets and I now use the textures in Universe Sandbox: they work better than any other textures! I love Space Engine purely to death! smile

Living among the stars, I find my way. I grow in strength through knowledge of the space I occupy, until I become the ruler of my own interstellar empire of sorts. Though The world was made for the day, I was made for the night, and thus, the universe itself is within my destiny.

Hi Guys
I'm Sid and I started using SE about 1 month ago and I found it really amazing.
I worked as a freelance games modeler and animator, and I'm trying to create a game on my own too, so I know the difficulties you guys have to deal with smile

I have a real passion for astronomy and misteries of the universe so the first time I started SE my brain almost exploded!
Thank you for what you are doing and keep on working on this!

I may have a lot of suggestions and ideas but first I better check out the older posts and they seem to be a lot smile
