RS 8474-1353-6-38540-41 7.1 is a gas giant's moon and probably the most beautiful place in SE I've ever found. Many of the new volcanoes can be found here, you can see a green-tinged planetary nebula AND the gas giant it orbits is easily visible in the sky, pus a quite good view of the galaxy it's a part of (not sure if the Milky Way or not though)
I am using RC3 (as indicated by the volcanoes and detailed surface, plus the different-looking gas giant, of course)
Living among the stars, I find my way. I grow in strength through knowledge of the space I occupy, until I become the ruler of my own interstellar empire of sorts. Though The world was made for the day, I was made for the night, and thus, the universe itself is within my destiny.
The Ringworld, according to Wikipedia, has an area of about 3 million earths. (I have not recalculated.) It might therefore live a very large amount of sentient beings on it. Aliens and humans.
But I suppose type 3 civilizations will have no problems building something resembling this?
I fear also a Type III civilizations can not violate the laws of physics.
(Unless, of course, that what we call physics, does not exist in our universe. If we and our universe are only a computer simulation then also could be simulated a Ringworld! )
