Unfortunately that is not possible.
On the one hand, the inner and outer edges are in reality spheres, and freedom of movement has limits within spheres. The spheres are just invisible.
And although it is possible to generate the surface of a disk procedurally, the result is not very good, with such a large disk, apart from that I then have no hole in the middle.
Up close it looks like this.
I am 0.84 au from the center!
Even with a small disk of Earth's size, almost every mountain would lie flat, because gravity is directed towards the center of the disc.
But what a world to explore would that be, if it would be possible to produce this thing procedurally.
