I threw together RGB raw images of Europa, and in a second image threw together the RGB with mid-IR (968 nm) for a thermal image (encoded as added brightness). The IRGB is the second image. If you compare the two side-by-side in an image processor, you can see that the large cracks are noticeably darker in the IR, the main bodies of ice are mid-brightness, and the small cracks are brighter. I think this indicates that the large cracks are somewhat colder than the surrounding ice, while the small cracks are somewhat warmer (perhaps their bottoms are closer to a warmer subsurface ocean?)
The lower half is visibly cyan because the orange filtered image cuts off suddenly halfway down (probably a transmission error by the spacecraft).

Also, because the spacecraft's filters are OGV instead of RGB, the color is only approximate to what the human eye would see, and I can only guarantee about 80% accuracy in each color coordinate.

This is a crescent Io as seen by Galileo. I digitally replaced parts not lit with black, and also digitally altered about 50 pixels that had been extremely overexposed on one of the filters (which created bright green, bright red, and bright blue scattered pixels in the original overlay). The edges of the crescent have been digitally blurred to compensate for the conversion of the surroundings to black.

Is it possible there could somehow be some form of land or an ocean hidden beneath those clouds?

No. There is no planetary structure that could form with a solid or liquid surface and be consistent with the observed density and gravitational field. Beneath the clouds it's just gaseous atmosphere, which smoothly transitions to supercritical fluid and then metallic hydrogen, and possibly a rocky core.
