I think this is a great move and will really help get SE out into more of the public view, expand the userbase, and quite possibly simplify things in long term development. Definitely got my up vote.

How many votes does it have now? I can't see it (probably because I don't have a Steam account) so could anyone please tell me? Also, many commenters on that page are people from outside the forum, which means that Steam Greenlight is an effective way of letting others know about Space Engine.




I will be inactive on this forum for the time being. Might come back eventually

Now we must all brace for the influx of new, shocked and surprised 12-year old members, screaming about how SE is the greatest thing on Earth but they are always making obnoxious posts and oh god they keep coming embrace the new members who will help the SE community thrive.
