| But... will there be early access? The way you just said it sounds like you're going to wait for version 1.0. Excuse me if I misunderstood. Early access would give a good boost to the budget I would imagine anyway.

Why would you say that? I didn't say anything like that.

But SpaceEngine is FREE. It's free here and will be free on Steam. The only "budget boost" would come from donations.
None of which changes anything. It's not on Steam yet because the Steam version is not ready. It will be done when it's done, and when it's done it will be put on Steam. It's as simple as that.

| What I meant was that the steam release may increase the number of people that know about SpaceEngine, therefor potentially increasing the number of donations you get

Yeah, I've heard a bit more about it recently in other places on the internet. So It's getting even more well deserved attention faster and faster it seems. I'm glad!
