A Universe made by people.

you know what? I would love to see a universe filled with custom nebulas, solar systems, galaxies etc.
or just call it: a mod dump for 'not so special mods'

Here you can make a planet.
Here you can make a star/black hole.
Here you can make a galaxy/nebula.
Here you can create custom textures for your planets.

I can't wait to see our universe!

I have an idea about galaxy
Someone can give us a structure of galaxy. Then some people who can draw it will draw it. And the best result will be chosen for our universe!!

So we need people who can draw galaxy

I have yet to read the Creating a Galaxy thread, I'll get to it sometime. Right now I'm occupying my time with creating a (horrifically unrealistic) custom system.

I'm horrible at naming things, could someone come up with some good names? Bodies up for naming:

The parent star.
A Selena planet, closest to the parent star.
An Oceania world, second closest.
The one and only dwarf moon of mentioned Oceania planet.
A Gas Giant with life, third from the sun.
Its five life-bearing worlds.

Right now I have placeholder names, so I'll manage. For some time.

You could use a method for creating interesting sounding names, as I use them

I use google translate.

In this case I chose Uzbek as the target language.

I give these expressions:

Parent star
Mother

First, the desert
The second, water

Child of the water

The third, a giant

First child
Second child
Third child
Fourth child

I get this:

Ota-ona yulduz
Ona

Birinchidan, cho'l
Ikkinchidan, suv

suv bola

uchinchi, bir gigant
Birinchi bola
Ikkinchi bola
Uchinchi bola
To'rtinchidan bola.

From this, I'm doing this by rearranging and shortening:

Ota-ona or Ona - Parent star

Chol'Birinchi - Desert
Suv'Ikkinchi - Oceania

Bola'Uchun - The moon

Bir'Uchinchi - The gas giant

Bola'Biri - The moons of the gas giant
Bola'Ikki
Bola'Uchi
Bola'Torinchi

Potentially, but only if there are a lot of detailed textures. .sc files take up almost nothing.
