This is amazing!!!

This is the most under-appreciated piece of software I have ever seen!

The only places I have ever seen anyone talk about it are some space enthusiast subreddits on reddit.com and the only way this being marketed is through word-of-mouth recommendations.
The fact that this amazing program has been in development for so long and such a small number of people know about this is disheartening.

I'd love to see a kickstarter go online for this, I think it would get the ball rolling. The amount of money raised could be orders of magnitude higher than through this website.

Decided to uninstall SE 0792 and try and reinstall it due to having no surfaces and see through planets.....Reinstalled SE 0792 and saw there was a 0793 patch...BRILLIANT......surfaces back...no see through planets. You've done a great job and now I can see what I've been missing all these months. Cheers

Have you tried a hyperjump with the speed setting set to 0.003x by pressing the K key ? The graphics are stunning, which you would normally miss at normal speed. Just find a ship that is capable of hyperjump, centre on the object you have selected using normal speed...then drop the speed setting to 0.003x, press G and then H. The visual effects are pretty stunning. Best on an object outside our galaxy...Oh, BTW, still not getting any surface textures and see through planets are still bugging me even though I have completed everything on the trouble shooting section. All my drivers are up to date too. Never mind....but hey...enjoy the HYPERJUMP folks.

OOPSY...I meant driver version 14.4

I still have issues with planets being see through and no surface. I have been through everything on the troubleshooter page and have followed the guidance step by step with no success. I have also downloaded the ATIOGLXX which was meant to roll back my drivers to 14.1 version which also did not work. I have the AMD graphics. SE 0.7.9.1 worked great, but ever since I installed SE 0.7.9.2, the problems have come and appear to want to stay, which is spoiling the time on SE. Can anyone please please help?....Harbinger Dawn was very kind pointing me in the right direction, but as stated, everything I have done and followed by the book has not worked.
