| I was wondering if we will ever see any features in planetary rings like Saturn's spokes, http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/image/0906/spokes2_cassini_big.jpg changing as they go around the planet. this same idea can be expanded to planets like Neptune with tenuous rings and others generated in space engine with different variants. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped....rcs.jpg perhaps the same process of them changing similar to star corona could be used, but i have no idea i am just bringing up a topic that may be interesting. I always found the rings in SE to look to flawless and consistent and maybe a little out of place sometimes. Also, gaps in the rings look to be randomly placed, does space engine calculate the resonances with any of the planets moons to know where to put some gaps in the rings? (i am not 100% sure that's how it works, don't eat me )
sorry for my dyslexia.
never stop imagining beautiful things.

| I asked for exactly the same thing just the day before I have it here with more info about the seasons where you can find these ring spokes

Also I find the idea quite awesome
