How can I change the motion blur?

| In my 0.973 version, when I go at high velocities, there is a lot of motion blur. In the 0,972 version I didn't have it, and I don't like it. How can I eliminate it?

| I believe b is the key bind for that. You have 4 options, default settings, motion blur on all camera movement, motion blur off points and motion blur off stars sprites. I don't think there's any difference in the last two settings.

| 1) Open console, type blur 0, this makes motion blur framerate-dependent, which makes it more realistic and usually more subtle, like in older SE versions. But motion blur settings haven't changed from 0.972, so I don't see why it would be any different now.
