Hi guys today I downloaded SE, but unfortunately for me the problem of incompatibility ..
He says'' obsolete version (OpenGL 2.1).
Could you help me?
I have a graphics card:Mobile Intel®4 series Express Chipset family.

You should ALWAYS check this bug reporting thread first.
The very first paragraph concerns the problem.

Just download and install latest drivers for your video card.

This chip is way too slow to run SE properly.

Any newer Nvidia card. AMD cards will work too. Integrated graphics (Intel) just aren't as powerful and still have catching up to.
