| I've had this "game" on my PC for a couple months, and it has worked all fine. That is, until recently (a couple weeks back) when I booted the game, I noticed there were no planets! I could still see the flares from stars in the distance, but when I traveled to them, they slowly faded out and dissapeared. On planets with potent magnetic fields I can still see the Aurora just floating around an invisible planet.
This has happened to me in the past, but then it magically fixed itself after reinstalling. I of course tried that this time, but to no help. I even tried switching directories and switching between using the installer and the .zip file. As none of that had helped, I tried reinstalling my graphics card drivers and then reinstalling the game once more. No change.
I looked around for a while looking for other people with this issue, but I couldn't find it (Maybe I searched for the wrong things? ). Anyway, I hope someone sees this and helps me out! Thanks.

| I have this same problem, and it seems to be an issue with newer Nvidia graphics drivers. GeForce 335.23 driver (the newest one) has this issue currently. Deleting the cache folder works.

| When driver updated, binary shaders in the SE cache must be recompiled. SE can detect change in hardware and remove the cache automatically, but it can't detect new driver version. So just remember a rule: remove the cache each time you update the driver.
