This planet has been having a very strange problem, and I've tried a couple solutions to try to fix it (including making a nearly identical planet then deleting the original, but the problem resurfaced, so it must be related to the script itself)

One problem that isn't showing itself this time is with the rings - they would be barely visible, but I tinkered with the settings and now they seem to be fine.

The problem is visible through the clouds - the whole planet is purple. The idea of this planet is it is far from its sun, but it has a thick atmosphere (4 times Earth pressure). Ice covers most of the world except for the equator and some spots. I tried to limit the purple areas to just the equator. The reason is, life only exists in the form of dark purple flora that absorb a lot of the sunlight, heating the water below them and providing a habitat for other simple life forms.

Once I change any tiny thing, however, it fixes itself as soon as I hit the Update button. But I'm trying to figure out why it is bugged in the first place!

Here it is bugged:

NoOcean true

There's your problem. You need to have an ocean layer if it's a terra.

Just remove that line and add

Code
Ocean
{
    Height   0.1
}

I did that and the planet worked perfectly.
