Fast Travel Not Working

| Unless I'm mistaken, I've heard that tapping the G key twice is supposed to trigger "fast travel" (correct?)
After altering the "ong travel time" to 60 sec and "fast travel time" kept at 3 seconds in the user.cfg file, I tested the fast travel time by double tapping the G key. Unfortunately, it only treated it as the long travel time, taking 60 seconds to get to the destination at every test.
Is there something I'm missing?

| Disregard.
The cfg file didn't properly save my edit for some reason. I changed it again, and it worked this time.
