| Lucid dreaming is actually not very difficult to learn. There are many methods that can be used to achieve lucidity. I have found that even thinking about lucid dreaming can cause a lucid dream.

| Accurate results in the overwhelming majority of cases. Though I'm glad Cody's Lab didn't follow it. :)
^This is actually a really nice documentation of the find (first vid) and the process of determining if it was real (second vid). The cross-polarized microscope slides are a real beauty!
