Yup, basically it's just visualizing the angular sizes of various objects as seen from Earth.

It's also a nice demonstration of why the black hole at the center of our galaxy is so friggin' hard to resolve. =[

European Space Agency's Goce satellite falls (already fell) to Earth



Old news... dry

However it had a really nice exterior design compared to other satellites and probes. It was known as the ''ferrari'' of space. RIP sad
