| Nice. You wrote 17.8.2013, but you meant 17.3.2013. Was that the night between the 17th and the 18th or the night before?

| Go to http://antza2.deviantart.com/ for all the aurora pictures i took last night. I'm far too lazy to link all of them here.
Edit: A British TV program called N2K wants to feature my video!

| Beautiful aurora set against the southern sky over the south pole. Crux and Alpha Centauri are visible. The South Pole Telescope is in the foreground.

| I saw aurora a couple of times when I was in the forests of northern Sweden (latitude 65-66 N) last year. No doubt the most beautiful natural phenomenon I saw the red aurora and the green.

| midtskogen, great video. I've seen a few real-time views of aurora before, but never with such rapid and dynamic changes (e.g. after 3:30 and 4:00). Incredible.

| Quote midtskogen ( ) Very nice video showing aurorae in real time and how rapidly the corona might change. Amazing video! I especially liked how the author moved around with the camera in some shots rather than keeping it in once place, it really helps to bring the scene to life.

| Another realtime video of aurorae: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=425644230918979
Recorded yesterday in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. Worth looking through. Must have been a pretty bright display since they were fliming this right outside the front door of the hotel and didn't bother to walk away from the glare of the street lights.
