| Quote midtskogen ( ) What name did you propose?
Mine isn't very original. I proposed for the location to be called Niflheim after a place in Norse mythology. In mythology, it is a place of cold, darkness and myst, which I feel is kind of fitting for some desolate area on a comet. As you said though, there isn't much that you can name the place after - it is just a bunch of hills.

| That's a good name, and very close to a line of thought that I had.
First I thought about a "heim" name, and what the most straightforward name for Philae's site would be in Norwegian: Philaeheim, but I didn't like the sound of it mixing two languages like that. I also began thinking of something from Norse mythology (not Niflheim, though), but it's a worn theme.
In Norwegian we have an expression "tåkeheimen" (lit. "the world of mists", "where the fog is") for foggy places, which could be a funny name for a place on a comet (though the fog would be far thinner as suggested by such a name). But I don't think "Tåkeheim(en)" wouuld work internationally.

| It should be noted that that quote by the Simulation Technical Director was a statement of disbelief and despair at Humanity's collective apathy for the amazing things we are seeing and doing in space.
So more like: "Mankind sends a probe into space to catch a comet and land on it - and we need a great director, film, and actors to convince people this is interesting!?" - Lucasz Sobisz, Simulation Technical Director
Ambition was an incredible watching experience for me (I saw it the other day on Reddit) - though I went into it completely cold, knowing nothing about the Rosetta connection - so when Rosetta turned up, with accurately-rendered 67-P, I was stunned. It was a delightful surprise from what had to that point been a kooky and mysterious little film with an extremely ambiguous teaser trailer.

| Quote SpaceEngineer ( ) Cool size comparison with Los-Angeles city: Wait, now that I look back at it, Wikipedia says that the rock is 4x4.5 km, and that Los Angeles City is 80km across. I'm guessing that either this is not LA, or that the scale is wrong. Or I'm misinterpreting something somewhere (most probable option).

| Obviously the picture does not show the entire city as measured by Wikipedia. Those buildings are obviously not going to be much more than 300 meters tall, so the scale is correct.

| Song of the Churumov-Gerasimenko comet. This is a re cord of magnetic field oscillations (like near Jupiter), with 1000 times increased frequency (to make them available for human ears).

| Amazing work by the ESA. 10 years of work, can't imagine the relief when they confirmed the landing.
