| We needed a translators for Catalan, Romanian and Slovak languages, because these localizations are very obsolete, and translators are gone. Instructions are here. You don't need to create a files or have programming experience, you need just to modify existing file in very easy way: add translations of the missing strings and remove some obsolete strings.
Also a note for active translators: take a look for the localization dev thread, I added a few new strings, it would be good to have updated translations before 0.973 full version (installer) release.
