I'm just trying to make a backstory. Just keep in mind by Over 13 billion years, I mean very, very, very slightly over 13 billion years. In my backstory, the civilization on the planet is the 1st civilization in the universe.

Ah...but it still took 4 billion for us to get here and even 1 2 billion would be hurrying it- yours is only 3/4 of 1 billion, it just seems very unrealistic.

Living among the stars, I find my way. I grow in strength through knowledge of the space I occupy, until I become the ruler of my own interstellar empire of sorts. Though The world was made for the day, I was made for the night, and thus, the universe itself is within my destiny.

Stuff would still have formed by then. A civilization similar to earth still could have formed around 0.1 billion years after the big bang. It's very unlikely, it's parent star would be the oldest star in the universe, but it's plausible. However, said civilization would have to be able to manually be able to alter their planet's Greenhouse Effect. When the sun is a Blue Dwarf, the Greenhouse would add around 288 Degrees Celsius.

Perhaps were the first sentient beings created shortly after the Big Bang! dry
Something like an intelligent quantum fluctuation. Or an intelligent hydrogen cloud.

Personally, I think anyway, that a type IV civilization can survive the collapse of the universe, and migrates into the next universe.
Or they create themselves a new universe. biggrin

I've heard a lot about this and probably will read it soon, honestly.

Also, yes, this would be very unlikely. I don't see it happening, but I suppose I can't complain too much because there are plenty of other storylines that could be a thousand times worse.

Update :

I finally added a new star in the Pandoran system and Pandora planet was changed color because of temperature was -11 ° C, this is why it changes color.
