universe.cfg doesn't exist anymore in 0.9.8.0.
Scripts and addon packs are loaded automatically when placed under /addons folders or /data folders.

For Some reason whenever I try to use my star, it comes out as a brown dwarf, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I think your problem is you wrote only that class is "B"[DOT] You should write a complete class of a the star like: "B4 V", "B2.3 IV", or "B1.2 V"[DOT]

It's because you have a brown dwarf as a second star in your system.
This star orbits around the main star as the center.
This does not work properly with newer versions of Space Engine.
If you have two or more stars in the system, you must create a 'StarBarycenter' for these stars.

I changed your scripts accordingly.

Whoops, I forgot to change Ra from a B type to a G type. But yeah, thanks it worked :3
