Yeah it looks very good! It would be better with some textures, but I like how big your window is.

I will be inactive on this forum for the time being. Might come back eventually

this ship is only a trial version, but i'm thinking to make one with better texture and content... in 0.972 does not serve large ships to have a good view. that in the test is a shuttle to about 100 meters in length

Ettore_bilbo, that is a very good job, I'm just looking for further development, but I have some notes on that. Current system of coordinates is pretty inaccurate, with discreteness about 10 cm, as far as I understand, so the normal cockpit is just wobbling too much, I'm sure that normal view will be unsuitable for such purpose unless it's a alpha version feature. Although eventually Space Engineer will fix these issues with coordinate systems, the cockpit shall be a separate layer of image that acts smoothly and independently of surrounding objects.

yes, it's true that the cockpit vibrates a lot. Not the ideal, but it's fun when you get into the atmosphere of a planet :-D
However, the accuracy of coordinates system is much impoved in 0.972 compared to 0.971, so we have to wait just a little longer :-)

Is there any chance you could use a different download site? The one you're using scares me.

Just uncheck the box and it should be fine.

Congratulations on the cockpit work. there will be many folks interested in this.

For me, the clear screen view will remain vital but I can see myself using this too.

I can't seem to get into cockpit view since it all clips out. Is there a way to make the ship bigger so that the cockpit doesn't get clipped?

Set the zclip line in the user config to this.

Code
ClipZNear               9.999998882412910e-004    // near plane clip distance (ignored in logarithmic z buffer mode

You will notice some z-fighting at waters edge but it isn't bad and it will allow you to see the cockpit.
