I noticed i couldn't search for UDFj-39546284, and Space Engine is to include the Observable Universe. Is it included, or not? If it isn't, it should be included in the next update.

SpaceEngine's galaxy catalog is mostly based on the NGC and IC catalogs and so is fairly limited. It's difficult to implement a catalog for every known galaxy; there are many billions of galaxies, properly cataloging them is challenging, and taking those catalogs and implementing them in programs like this is even harder. The current plan is to generate galaxies procedurally beyond those which are already in the program. But you can add any galaxies you want yourself as a custom addon smile A tutorial is here. The part about creating the galaxy model is not necessary, really it only takes a few lines of script to add to the catalog to create a galaxy. You can look in the directory at the current catalog to get an idea of how it's done.
