Hello to you too!! Yes, I really enjoy space engine very, very much! I've flown from earth to Mars, this morning, I've flown from Mars to Jupiter, now I'm on the surface of Jupiter, and then a little later today, I'm going to ly from Jupiter to Saturn, and then I'll fly to many more places in space!

| Hi, guys!
Right now, I'm flying from our solar system to Alpha Centauri which is about 1.339 parsecs or about 4.3 light years away at 20 times the speed of light or 5,995,850 kilometers per second or 5,995,850,000 meters per second or 19,234,686,800 feet per second!! Despite the unimaginable speed, it's going to take about 2 and a half months or about 75 days to get from our solar system to Alpha Centauri!!
Cheers, Vincent

| I dream of building a big spherical screen at home and use a projector with a fish-eye lens to make a planetarium effect. It would add great immersion to the SE universe. I could run some scenarios that would represent sub-light travel to Alpha Centauri in real time. I.e. every day I can switch to that scenario and look at where my ship is now. Looking at the skies and noticing how the constellations change over the years. How the Sun becomes dimmer and Alpha Centauri becomes brighter. The scenario would finish after 5-6 real years after the launch. It will give a perfect impression of being a teammate on a subluminal starship to Alpha Centauri!
The same could be used for real-time traveling to Mars, for modern rockets that take 9 months.

| This site is part of what makes the internet change the world. My friend told me about it and I just had to come along and see what all the fuss was about with flying to and fro planets. Amazing!
