| Do you mean a Wikipedia article or an actual wiki dedicated to SpaceEngine?

...who published that? It's not supposed to be published yet, it's not nearly ready. That needs to be taken offline until it can be made into a respectable article. In its current state it will probably be axed by moderators anyway.

He meant an actual individual wiki, which he apparantly already made here however there is no content in it yet

| I don't know what is exactly the point of such a wiki for SpaceEngine now. Maybe it will be useful whel the game will be released, to describe the different planet classes, the ships and their capabilities, for the game.

| I thought space engineer was making an in-game wiki kinda like the civilopedia for civ. I can't really see a reason for this wiki to be.

| Quontex, that is a completely different thing. That wiki is used for storing descriptions of individual bodies and some in-depth info you dont normally get(albedo, avg molar mass of the atmosphere etc.). IMO it would be useful to make a community wiki once we have some sort of gameplay.

| Well, this is annoying.
I wanted to make a SpaceEngine wiki myself, promising myself that I would make it work, however, I ran into a problem.
I went over to wikia and started filling a wiki submission, however, this guy apparently took BOTH the domains spaceengine.wikia AND space-engine.wikia. Now, you might say that I could just go there and start making new articles, however I don't think it is worth it - the only administrator on both these wikis seems to be him, who hasn't been online since 4 months ago. Without anyone who is active who has admin privileges, we can't, for example, change the background(which looks terrible).
I've also sent a gamepedia request, however I haven't received a response yet.
Does anybody know how we could get around this problem?

| I sent him a PM about cooperating with him on the wiki 7 months ago. He read it and did not reply. So I certainly wouldn't expect him to be helpful even if you do manage to contact him. I don't have any particular suggestions on how to deal with this, though there must be some way to resolve this issue through established procedures on Wikia.

| I just went over to wikia regarding this. It is possible to 'adopt' a wiki if certain prerequests are met. I'd have to contribute a few articles first and the admin should have been absent for at least 2 months. Since the second prerequest is already fufilled, I am going to go on and make a few moderately large articles and then apply for admin rights. Hopefully this issue will get resolved and we will be able to add people that actually want to contribute.
