Not quite. Not to derail the thread, but it's actually an issue to do with color theory and blackbody radiation. While many stars do emit their peak energy intensity in green wavelengths, stars, unlike LEDs, do not emit a single narrow band of color - rather, they emit a wide swath of wavelengths above and below their peak intensity. So these stars emit light all over the visible spectrum, and while there may be slightly more green light than any other single color, all the colors are emitted at so close to the same intensity that the star is almost perfectly white, even if artificially dimmed (not that we have filters that can do this perfectly in real life, but note that in SE a G or F star turns eggshell yellow or gray when viewed at low exposure). In other words, the "saturation" is very low, so at best you could call it a very, very pale green - most people would just call that color white.
For an illustration, look at hexadecimal color #FEFFFE. Technically that's green, but... it's basically still white ;)
EDIT: In case your monitor doesn't show #FEFFFE, try #F8FFF8 xD

| Speaking of green stars, one time I found a system with life (in 0.971, I think) and in its night sky was what appeared to be a green star. It was really a planetary nebula. I took a picture of it, but it would take me too long to find it now.

I can't launch my SE at the moment, but it is one of the default "flagged" systems in .8. Twin Terras. Not an easy task to find and to set up the compositions.
