Actually, this is something of a trap. The rings rotate. Who on foot approaches the dome, will be thrown around.

| Well how would one establish other colonies and smaller bases around it? Or you could just make smaller copies of it or something. I would like the SC file without the orbits changed please. Maybe have the Wanderer be it's own planet?
