I just changed the resolution of the window to the resolution I wanted. Press the Display button on the left toolbar while in windowed mode or press Ctrl-F8.

Not currently at least, you have to use the planet editor to change the existing model.

I do not know Space Engineers ; but, though the similarity is not very big; it reminded me of Moya , the living spaceship from Farscape . I'd like to see Moya in Space Engine.
