You can fly them and attempt to get them near each other if you are good with controls. The other option is to freeze time and then teleport ships to where you want them.

| I just thought the silver colored storms looked like eyes. Also, theres a rendering glitch where the eye gets cut in half and looks kind of like it's disintegrating.
Alien graffiti? (it's actually water filling in the canyons there.)
This one looks like it could very well be from Sid Meiers Alpha Centauri. I have the coordinates for it if anybody is interested.
Same location at dusk (or dawn).
