Hello, here's a chart that shows the temperature of every single procedural star type. (except for white dwarfs and neutron stars)
I'm gonna make a white dwarf temperature chart, but not a neutron star one. Because neutron stars have random temperatures not linked to their mass/size. White dwarf stars have assigned temperatures like normal stars.

The stars shown on the chart are:
Main Sequence (V): O2-T9
Giant (III): B1-K9, M6-M9
Bright Giant (II): M3-M6
Luminous Giant (Ia): M1-M3
Hypergiant (0): M0-M1

Some things to notice:
1) The steep slope starting around the B-type stars
2) O2 V and O3 V have the same temperature
3) Giants are hotter than Main-Seq stars at the low-end B-type stars.
4) The M6-M9 giants are all the same temperature.
5) There are no giants higher than B1, and no giants lower than M9. (I'm sure there are B0 III stars, but its hard to find them.)

EDIT: Here are the exact temperatures if you're interested: http://pastebin.com/APHLwkNC
