what are these firework looking textures on planets like this?

looks like asteroid impact traces (or if you let your imagination = very advanced civilizations biggrin )

Those are rays of fresh regolith (surface dust) ejected by large impacts. We have a few prominent rayed craters on our own moon's near side, Tycho being one example.

pebble is right. Look on Jupiter's satellites, you can see one huge rayed crater on Europa and many such craters on Ganymede and Callisto.
