| I absolutely adore this game, and I wish its development all the very best.
I've donated $10 from my rather empty pockets and intend to donate more. 
Meanwhile, I've opened a Tumblr blog which updates once a day with screenshots from Space Engine and simple lines from a fictional captain's log, while exploring the universe.
The ship is called the S. E. Exognosis, with S. E. being the reference to Space Engine, but I would like to know if you would like to have something more direct like "powered by Space Engine" or a link this site on there in order to increase the fanbase and the attention to this game. If so, spreading the blog itself would work as well.
I've been following these forums for a while, but never had a reason to register until now. Absolutely phenomenal work on this game, and this community seems very cool as well.

| Yeah... It occurred to me afterwards that it would be the case. X_X
I will remove the tumblr completely if they don't like it, but I don't see why attracting more people to play and help finance a game would be a bad idea. XD
Just by adding the #Space Engine tag to the posts and putting links to the game on the right sidebar would be simple.

Why? I can't think of any other game that doesn't let you post screenshots you've taken, and one of the main purposes of this program is to be an educational resource.

Its a rule I followed in my childhood: You are not allowed to tell secrets without the source's permission.
That is why I think that way. I know space engine isn't a secret and it honestly shouldn't be. I was using that as a metaphor.
And I do realize that space engine is an educational resource.
Anyways, that's just me pointlessly worrying for someone else.

If SE were a closed/private beta or something, then yes, of course you would need permission before sharing anything from it. But it's publicly downloadable free software, there's no reason for anyone to think they shouldn't share screenshots and videos. If anything more people should be, SE needs the exposure
