Looks like a planet with little vulcanic activity and continental drift.

is there a chance that we will could found some strange landscape paterns ( like rare anomaly ) in future versions of SE ?

Yes, unfortunately it was found in 0.94, I found quite a few planets like that in that version but none in the new one. cool
