All modified exoplanets belong to confirmed or controversial multi-planetary systems. (Ex. Kepler-62, Kepler-69, Gliese 581, Tau Ceti ect.)

This is my attempt to scientifically represent each system as if we had been studying it for a time. Complete with moons, dwarf planets, asteroid belts, comets, and known exoplanets. As it seems unlikely that exoplanet systems are limited to inner planets, I've added false outer exoplanets (gas giants or terrestrials) that fit the current arrangements that we've discovered.

All add-ons are below as attachments or as links to Google Drive

EXOPLANET SYSTEMS:

TAU CETI - Version 3 - Planets & Plausible Atmospheres - (WIP) Dwarf Moons + Primary Moons - 2 Asteroid Belts + Long & Short Period Comets + 8 Named Comets (Named after the First Hundred from my favorite books Red Mars, Green Mars, Blue Mars)
TauCeti.sc is an update to the physical values of the star Tau Ceti) - I recommend leaving the TauCeti.sc file alone unless you want to slightly change the HIPPARCOS catalog by commenting out the original Tau Cet file.

Tau Ceti Planets

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

TAUCetV3 - Google Drive

1. Download TAUCetiV3.sc and place them in the Catalogs/Planets file
2. (OPTIONAL) Go into the Hipparcos Catalog and find Tau Cet - comment out the line
3. (ONLY IF STEP 2 IS DONE) Place the TauCeti.sc file in the Catalogs/Stars file

If done correctly, Tau Ceti should be updated to more agreed upon values like Mass, Radius/Diameter, Teff, and Luminosity.

KEPLER-62 - Version 2 - Overhauled Planets & Moons - Two (WIP) Asteroid Belts + Comets

KEPLER-62 PLANETS - Version 2

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - Version 2 File

Kepler-62V2

1. Place the Kepler-62.sc file in the Addons folder

HD 10180 (Hope to upload this by the end of the month)

Let me see if i can alter the files. Still haven't quite learned how to divide everything up to make sure it works.

well I found my mistaken -_-, I'm juste thinking the tauceti are planets but it's STARS, I puting in Catalog/planets by mistaken that why it's doesn't work for me, I put in catalog/star and it's worked fine XD

OH MY GOD LOL, You might don't need to created a star because you can make conflict. happy

I tested when I remove you're star files, it's alway the same problem excepted the star files was removed.

Well that certainly wasn't supposed to happen haha. Um, the only place I could find star data on Tau Ceti was in the Hipparcos catalog. I can't figure out how to edit Tau Ceti's data without messing with the Hipparcos.

Alright, I'm glad the planets work at least. The only method that allowed for my Tau Ceti file to work was by commenting the vanilla file in the HIPPARCOS out. It'll get rid of the vanilla Tau Ceti and replace it with the more (slightly) accurate iteration that I made.

However, I'd rather not make it more difficult than it has to be so I recommend leaving the TauCeti.sc file alone unless you want to slightly change the HIPPARCOS catalog

Antonaccio,
I had already published a Tau Ceti system here.
Maybe you should look at the scripts.
It is not necessary to change anything on the Hipparcos.csv.

Roswell,
you can not use my system together with Antonaccio system!

Don't forget to look here.

sorry, I don't know what happened to your system, I'm really sorry to merge with his system. I will correct it. XD

fixed, I remove his files to avoid merging with your system. It's back to normal :

JackDole,

I'll take a look, thank you for letting me know.
I like your system, but I have a different vision and plan for mine smile

Antonaccio,
my system is only a exoplanets standard system. A fictional developed system would be good. smile

It disturbed me only your remark that the Hipparcos file should be changed. This is not necessary.

Corrections to the Hipparcos file are of course welcome.
SpaceEnginer is still looking for someone who takes the trouble to fill in the missing information for the mass and radius of the stars. biggrin wink

What values besides accurate distances, RA, and Dec does the HIPPARCOS.csv specify?

Quote Antonaccio ()
What values besides accurate distances, RA, and Dec does the HIPPARCOS.csv specify?

Code

Name,RA,Dec,Dist,AppMagn,SpecClass,MassSol,RadSol,Temperature

But the values for 'MassSol', 'RadSol' and 'Temperature' are missing.

I think this is because these values are probably not present in the Hipparcos catalog on the Internet.

Therefore, these data would have to be put together from other sources. I myself have already searched, but found nothing reasonable.

Hipparcos Katalog at VizieR:
http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin....rm=sexa

Extended Hipparcos Compilation at VizieR:
http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-3?-source=V/137D/XHIP
This catalog has something more accurate data, but 'MassSol', 'RadSol' and 'Temperature' are also missing.

Whether additional columns in the .csv file would be possible, I do not know.

Don't forget to look here.
