| I found this little guy only a few parsec from SOL. An ocean planet with life in a tight orbit around a Brown Dwarf. A lot of unusual things can turn up using the search function!

I know. I'm saying that in real life every rotating star will have nonzero oblateness. Even the sun has some. For calculating rotation speed of a slowly rotating star, you can be pretty safe in pretending the oblateness is zero, but that will not be a good assumption for fast rotators. E.g. Vega.

It works for all stars, or any spheroidal object, regardless of oblateness, since values given for diameter are equatorial.

It's very red, xD it's ESI is very low, so no human could live on it, looks at is temperature...
