Preset flight velocity control in free mode

| Is there some chance in a future release of SE to have the 'Ctrl' and the '+/-' keys for the preset flight velocities be also extended to the mouse wheel. I.E. have the Ctrl key + Mouse-wheel control the preset speed changes. When flying in 'free mode,' directional control with the mouse can't be done with the speed presets assigned to the numpad keys.

| Yes, I know the mouse changes speed :-) but that is for very small incremental changes. I am suggesting doing another set of speed changes, but with your 'PRESET' speeds that are assigned to the '+' and '-' keys when holding down the 'control' key as well. Those 'PRESET' speeds have much larger incremental values which are in multiples of ten, i.e. 1 pc/sec, 10 pc/sec, 100 pc/sec, 1000 pc/sec etc.
