Configurable orbits

Hello everyone. First time on the forum after have been a fan for Space Engine for quite a while.

Here is a suggestion. It would be for visual purposes to be able to set the orbit markers to not be piercing green, but a more pleasing color that blends nicely with the dark background so you can still keep track. And that It would look nicer, since I love orbits for some reason. And taking a screenshot while being able to see how the planets/moons orbit their host would be cool.

Another thing which would be useful: It is to have an option that makes the orbits automatically faint away when you're close to the surface of a planet, so you don't have to make multiple visits to the settings when descending down to take a picture and ascending up to view the orbits again.

I think the green color is fine, plus we don't want it to blend iNTO the background.

Why not just leave the orbit display on and take a screenshot?

Or just use the shortcut key,'o'.

I said blend with, not into. I made a suggestion about being able to have a choice over those settings, like the brightness of the markers for example.

But alright, since you said it like "we don't want", I'll take your word for it and stop suggesting then.

Well, I was saying in general, wasn't trying to speak for everybody, and yeah the suggestion could have been clarified.
