I'm not sure how this would be implemented due to the procedural nature of the rings, but you know what would be cool to have? Shepherd moons. All of our gas giants, even Jupiter and Neptune which have small rings that aren't as visible as Saturns have shepherd moons.

It'd be a great addition to the gas giants.
